Bruce’s role as a mediator is to guide and support the mediation process, ensuring everyone’s perspectives and needs are met. His approach is founded on careful listening skills and patience, avoiding the imposition of his own opinions. Bruce received his Mediation Certification from the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, TX. Due to his past experiences as the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Distribution for ING, US, and the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for National Western Life in Austin, Texas, Bruce has a deep understanding of both c-suite negotiations and the need for maintaining relationships post-dispute. Bruce offers a unique perspective for resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively.
